Nomenclature of radiators which “Orenburgsky radiator” LLC produces includes more than 200 names. Tey are: water and oil radiators, radiators of air cooling for cars, agricultural, road-building and special cars, autobuses, trucks and passenger cars, cabin heat exchangers, oil radiators for agricultural machines, also radiator cores, raditor blocks, CAC, heat exchangers, that can be used in the regions with temperate, cold and tropical climate.

Equipment that doesn’t have analogues in Russia and CIS is used in radiator production. Products that are produced on the plant are distinguished by high aerodynamic, thermotechnical and weight characteristics that answer requirements of world standards. Production of the enterprise is modeled by its design office – Scientific Technical Center (STC). CTS has test and laboratory systems, production-experimental base. It makes possible to do works from modeling of radiator to its serial production. There are new technologies used in radiator production in “Orenburgsky radiator” LLC: production of cooling plates with PRF (plate of finning radiator) "Splitter Fin", baking of radiator cores in active gas-flux sphere, test on leakproofness (dry method), painting of radiators with powder polymeric paint and usage of low-temperature solderes and less acid-active flux. This technology makes possible to produce radiators of cooling system, which make engine running more effective in all conditions of transport exploitation.
