In accordance with general principles of Ural mining metallurgical company, LLC “Orenburgsky radiator” follows a policy of socially- responsible business. That means not only concern for company’s workers, but rendering assistance to people of Orenburg and Orenburg region. LLC “Orenburgsky radiator” has helped such organizations as Dmitriyevskaya church, speech school, Children's home ¹2 for children-orphans and children who have remained without care of parents.
The independent organizations are created on the enterprise: female club "Friend", “The Union of youth”, where the main help is provided by administration of LLC "Orenburgsky radiator”.
Female club “Friend” organizes sport and health-improving groups, competitions, holidays, and also helps women in different questions. Summer festival of FC “Friend” and “Union of youth” is becoming a tradition.
The number of “Union of youth” members is more than 100. The Union is actively working in different spheres: sports, information, personnel, law, job, cultural. Active members make 12 persons. Delegation of the “Radiator” Union of youth took part in 2004 in IV All-Russian festival of working young people “Youth” in Ekaterinburg and won Grand Prix.
More and more attention is being paid to Board of Veterans. It’s working for Labour veterans, invalids and Veterans of the Great Patriotic War. During celebration of professional holiday “Day of machinery construction” labour veterans, being on pension now, are rewarded with gratitude and money premium for longstanding and conscientious work, as well as workers of the enterprise.
There is a tradition on the plant to announce a competition of workmanship among young workers, where veterans are invited, in order they could share their recollections and experience with young workers. Such meeting favours for forming professional responsibility of young workers before labour veterans of enterprise.
Physical training club “Radiator” has been founded, where sports days are being hold by 15 kinds of sport and sport sections are acting.
