The main task of personnel policy is timely realization of the project, promoting successful development of the enterprise in market conditions by means of training of the highly skilled personnel in accordance with modern requirements.

Key estimating criteria of efficiency of the personnel become productivity and quality of work, its effectiveness.

Regular work is carrying on improvement of qualitative structure of the personnel due to target training and professional retraining, involving youth, decreasing in turnover of staff, constant tracking of the analysis of a condition and the forecast of labour market.

Target program «Management of development of human resources» operates at our enterprise, which is created for more successful performance of personnel policy.

Our main task of personnel administration is a process in which all departments of the company are involved. It is usual process which input are requirements to the personnel, and by an output - the reliable, executive, satisfied worker.
